Located in the city center of Thessaloniki, this 4,300 sqm building formerly served as a tobacco warehouse for “P. Emmanouil Bros.” Acquired through the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) “TABAC Real Estate Development S.A.” we plan to transform it into 72 modern, fully refurbished and furnished serviced apartments. The building will offer amenities such as a fitness room, meeting rooms, laundry facilities, and storage and it will become part of our Project 151 serviced apartments chain, catering to students and young professionals.
